If you purchase any of our products, THROUGH OUR OWN WEBSITE OR Ebay STORE, and then for any reason wish to return it, your purchase price will be cheerfully refunded on safe receipt of the items at our offices. Please enclose a copy of the purchase receipt with your return. Please also note that if any product has been damaged in any way, no refund will be issued. Return postage costs are not covered by this policy and are at the customer's liability. Refunds will be by original method of payment. Items requiring a refund must be returned to our offices within 14 days of receipt. You may exchange returned items for other products if you prefer.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER FAULTS DUE TO MISUSE, NEGLECT, INCORRECT MOUNTING OR PHYSICAL DAMAGE. THE WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE. PLEASE RETURN THE PRODUCT TO US WITH A COPY OF YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPT, WHERBY WE WILL EXAMINE IT AND DETERMINE WHETHER A REPLACEMENT CAN BE ISSUED.
