We struggled for years with fill lines that were just too short, and can safely say that it was one of the most annoying problems that we wanted to fix. With the steady increase in other shooters choosing a dive cylinder to fill their pre-charged equipment, we rose to the challenge of finding suitable alternatives for both ourselves, and now you, our valued customers.

The joy of no longer skuffing your gun or kinking your hose when struggling to hold everything in position is immense, and the added benefits of using a longer line to reduce bottle handling and vigorous gymnastics are definately worth a mention!

With our high quality, longer fill lines, you can now quickly and easily fill your equipment and leave your cylinder standing on the floor. If you are out on a shooting trip, there is now no need to drag your heavy cylinder from the boot of the car just to get to your gun close enough to fill !

We have met the growing demand for extended fill lines by offering two types as detailed below.

1. The Ultima Fill Line.

The Ultima Fill Line offers all of the benefits and none of the drawbacks of other types of fill line available. Pressure rated to 400BAR, the Ultima Fill Line has a 2mm microbore inner, giving the minimum air loss possible when bleeding the line. It boasts a durable teflon liner, PVC coated Stainless Steel outer braid with solid Stainless Steel end fittings. It is extremely durable, flexible, in fact it is almost indestructible! Although slightly more expensive than our standard fill lines, the Ultima Fill Line offers the most extreme durability, air economy and user friendliness that you will find in any fill line.

2. The Standard Micro-bore Fill LIne

Our Standard Microbore Fill Lines are the same specification as the fill lines found on many charging kits already on the market today. They are 2mm bore Kevlar braided units, having zinc plated end fittings. Although pressure rated to 400BAR, the microbore fill lines in their short 300mm configuration are extremely vulnerable to kinking at the end fittings. This presents a real problem, as the manufacturer states that if the line is ever folded or kinked, it should immediately be taken out of service and destroyed. The pressure integrity of the line will have been severely compromised and total failure cannot be ruled out. With fill pressures reaching levels of 250BAR (3,625 PSI) on some of the modern FAC rifles, no risks should ever be taken with filling equipment. It must be said though, that you are unlikely to kink the longer 600mm and 1000mm lines, as they are not subjected to the same handling restrictions. We feel that in the interests of safety, these standard microbore fill lines are much more suited to users of stirrup pumps looking for a more manageable filling solution.

All of our fill lines come with 1/8"BSP female end fittings as standard, but should you require a male end fitting for your particular setup, then we offer an appropriate adaptor free of charge. We can also supply custom lines specially made to any length and configuration that you require. Please contact our technical department for more details.

Shipping & Delivery.

For your convenience, UK Postal charges are included in the advertised price.

We will normally dispatch stock items within one working day of receipt of payment.
If any items are out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then have the option of receiving a split order. Non stocked items will normally be dispatched within one working day of receipt at our workshops.
Small packets will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Post. UK Only.
Larger items will be sent using the Royal Mail Standard Parcels Service. UK Only.
